The guys from Fireplaces by W-P worked wonders overcoming a stubborn and faulty existing pipe connection, seemingly from the 1930s, in replacing an antiquated gas fireplace. It meant extra work and time but they kept to their original quote.![Google]()

Had my first fireplace built in my shop. I had little knowledge going into this but Steve was very helpful. He attended my residence before i started framing and ensured project was possible. He helped me every step of the way. Steve told me what i needed to be to code and was able to provide me with all the product, which is second to none. Installers were great. The product is a real conversation piece (Valcourt Waterloo). Pricey, but you get what you pay for. Heats my 60x42 shop and looks amazing.![Google]()

Amazing service for my mom’s older fireplace that suddenly stopped working.
